Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally. All shipping costs are prepaid by the buyer at the time of checkout. Delivery options available include FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Any free shipping offer applies only to the Continental US. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii and Alaska.

To help reduce our environmental impact, by default all orders will be shipped when all of the products ordered are in stock. If you need a partial shipment made on your order, please call us at (503) 907-2899.

Orders shipping via Ground or SmartPost service will ship by the following business day, though most orders do ship the same day.

Orders with expedited shipping (Overnight, 2-Day) will ship the same day if they are placed by noon PST. Expedited orders placed after noon will ship the following business day.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday (except holidays). All orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM PST through Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. GP Conservation observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday), Christmas.

Prepayment Policy

All orders must be pre-paid at the time of ordering. Only credit cards can be used to purchase material. Visa, MasterCard and Discover will all be accepted. There will be no surcharges for your credit card purchases. Please be sure to provide all billing and shipping information correctly to avoid delays in processing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges of new, unused items are accepted within 15 days of your shipment. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless a shipment error was made by us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, and there will be no refunds given for any shipping fees paid. All returns will be refunded to your credit card or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the returned products. 

All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized. Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping any returned material. Note that any returned item must be in new, unused condition complete with original packaging and documents (owner manual, etc.). We are not able to accept returns of items that have been installed, or otherwise show signs of use, wear or damage, or are missing parts. Items that are not in new condition are not eligible for a refund. When returning an item, please ensure that it is packaged appropriately, as the purchaser is responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping.

Accepting Shipments

Unfortunately, damage can sometimes occur to products during shipment despite our best efforts to prevent it. Please note: GP Conservation is NOT responsible if you accept delivery of a damaged product. Please follow these instructions carefully when your order is delivered:

TIPS FOR SIGNING YOUR DELIVERY RECEIPT:

  1. Do not allow others to sign the receipt.
  2. Do not allow the driver to rush you while you inspect your shipment.
  3. Carefully inspect the packaging including the cardboard and wood pallets. If the packaging is not in 100% unblemished condition, write down the condition of the packaging on the delivery receipt.
  4. If you find any damage to the packaging, even small creases or dents in cardboard, inspect the products underneath and open the box(es) if necessary.
  5. Do not document how or where you think damage occurred; this will be assessed by GP Conservation and the carrier if damage is noted on the delivery receipt.

IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED:

  1. If you receive a product with cosmetic damage, you may take delivery of it after noting the damage on the delivery receipt. You may receive a cash settlement to compensate.
  2. If you receive a product with severe damage, refuse the shipment. Document the delivery receipt with the reason for refusal.

Please do not refuse a shipment if only the packaging - and not the product itself - is damaged.

Out of Stock Items

We try to keep a good supply of all products in stock at all times. In the event that we run out of stock on an item that you have ordered, your item will be placed on backorder and will be shipped as soon as more stock arrives. All items that are currently in stock are labeled accordingly on this website. If you do not wish to wait for your item to become available, you may cancel your order at any time. If we do not hear from you by the time the item is shipped, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.

Order Cancellation

All orders are available for cancellation by the customer until the items have been shipped. Once an item is shipped, customers will have to use our returns process to get a refund for the product. All cancelled orders will be processed as quickly as possible and will be refunded to your credit card within 7-10 business days.
